Smith Optics In collaboration with Smith Optics, Sportworks has developed a unique manufacturing and assembly process for goggle lenses. This proprietary process utilizes 6-axis robotic technology to route, assemble and secure an inner to outer lens. Through ongoing collaboration with Smith Optics we are able to continually improve the manufacturing process. The result is a superior product with enhanced longevity and increased anti-fogging properties.

Brandrud Brandrud, a leading manufacturer of furniture for institutional and corporate customers, approached Sportworks with a need to consolidate the number of outside manufacturing processes involved in several product lines. After a thorough analysis of the customers' needs, Sportworks was able to present a solution involving materials procurement, custom manufacturing and the application of a high-quality finish. This solution has allowed Brandrud to reduce costs, increase quality and consolidated their outsourcing efforts. Today Sportworks delivers a growing number of completed sub-assemblies to Brandrud, as well as managing inventory, building prototypes and providing valuable design input throughout the manufacturing process.
